Manya has lived and worked on San Juan Island for over 25 years.  Her silver designs are full of life, reflecting the natural beauty and motion that surround and inspire her.  She has been creating silver jewelry since 1978.

Manya's career in silver work began while she was living aboard a boat in San Francisco Bay.  Silver ws a medium that combined her skills as a designer, an artist and a craftsperson while living in such a small space.

The addition of lampworked glass has added a new degree of color and fluidness to her creative palette and has opened up limitless creative possibilites for combining the two elements.
